My no PR PPS HOD estimate came true already. I guessed $0.10-$0.12 HOD with no PR, and we hit $0.096 right out of the gate. That's close enough to a correct guess IMO. I think there is a good chance we make new HOD today and get that number closer to $0.12.

This stock has legs. These 'F' foreign stock don't have the same manipulative MMs that other OTC stocks have. This is pretty much just real buyers and real sellers.

My guess, no PR and it'll be $0.10-$0.12 with a close about $0.08-$0.09. With a well written PR $0.19-$0.24 and close near high of day.
