No , we would have to wait for however long they take to file . And since the company does not hold themselves accountable to file on time and the shareholders don't hold them accountable to file on time it would be months after that date .
I have no idea, but "feel" the CEO will hint at Q 2 numbers and or talk about near term acquisition or financing terms that are not toxic. I have been here before with other start ups and IMHO SGBY has done well for being in the Oregon testing business since Oct.
