Ah darn good point I overlooked. Good 'ol convertible loan debentures! They still confuse me to this day(good thing I never made it to being a broker). I remember once you got into the bond debentures it got even MORE confusing. From the other financials I do understand the company does seem like it's on the right track. The main reason I'm not too happy about an RS is the obvious one. It'll decrease MY holding of shares, therefore price movement will be cut by 75% if they stick to the 4 for 1 RS. Instead of this stock being a zip code changer for me it now just may be a speedboat changer.

Shouldn't the reserve go down by a factor of 4 on the RS
