Because that's the Nature of Pink Stock trading* most of these plays that have controlled floats and havent experienced Dilution for at least 4 years or more Have a good chance of running $$$

Garth could have easily put out a few PumP pr's and BLEW OUT SHARES $$$ * so far hes refrained from doing that*

The Share structure hasn't been abused; ( CEO GARTH Mc INTosh and two others controll the Float! * He helled onto his position for LARGER GAINS $$$) AS IN SHADOW MOUNTAIN OR ANY NEW REVERSE MERGER $$$$
