Ah gotcha, thank you for the read. Like I said it's been a while. Those two examples I gave were just the two basic requirements I could pull of off memory. I agree there are underlying fundemantals that need to be met to relist.

I'm not so much concerned with the relist at the moment as I am with the RS. Personally I'd be fine with them just working their way up the OTC listing requirements for now and them focusing more on the company internally to naturally increase PPS instead of forcing a share price increase by RS. But I do have faith in this company and am holding my position as of now.

There is a wealth of valuable information in your post. However, it means nothing in terms of how the stock will react in the near term IMO. There is only one direction now that dilution is paused and that is up!. Keep in mind the MMS are trading between themselves and most of the float is locked up at .035. Munro will be releasing news soon enough to cause a squeeze before he enacts an RS. Otherwise, he would be really stupid IMO and I don't think he is.
