That is outdated. In the CC the CEO said when all the notes and everything was done there would be around 290m shares OS. We are probably closer to 260m OS now and are working through the last $600k worth of dilution. Some Florida hedge fund just gave them 600 grand to buy back the last open note owed to St Georges. This last 600k in dilution is what is creating a buying opportunity at these prices.
