They sure do.

Most recently? CRGP was halted and then suspended about a year and a half or so ago - weeks after they paid a dividend. There are prolly others more recent than that example, butt that's one I'm aware of as most recent.

And of course on the NYSE, who can forget Enron (ENE) a very large cap dividend-payer at one time.

There are plenty of examples.
