Just saw this post. It's now clear that SIML owns all the IPs which makes this stock very desirable. The large broadcasters are still buying the old products and will certainly upgrade to the syncpal.
Another major fact that isn't mentioned. SIML newly appointed CEO Bob Stillwaugh was a director of those companies when they developed and released the products. I'm sure he knows syncpal is a big step up from soundpals and is in high demand as he is in fact testing at large studios who give him feedback as mentioned via PR.
