Scratch what I said in regards to $2. My math was throwing in potential future numbers not current PPS, but I know why you mentioned $2 a share and that makes sense. I just wanted to point out the 5.6% number in case it's a factor.

I believe hipcricket and EMP live are the same company. I think the name was changed. I remember seeing it on one of those filings that somebody posted. It said EMP live formerly known as hipcricket
