The reason they are publicly traded is because they couldn't do it privately in the first place . You can't take people's investment money and then refuse to be transparent and show them the books . SGBY has no excuse for not being able to file on time and show their investors the numbers , PERIOD .
And all those companies you mention file on time , don't get downlisted and are held accountable by their shareholders .
