The calculation for outstanding shares is accurate only if the author of that article is accurate with his market cap at $1.57 million.

This is a research analyst for Goldman Sachs who apparently is following LPPI. I never would have thought an analyst for Goldman Sachs would waste time on a penny stock. Maybe he's just a shareholder or maybe he knows something we don't.
