It was a horrible bill put together by RINO's

Trump basically said - Hold the Vote - Get it Over - so we can move on

FWIW: I am glad the Ryan Health Care Plan was turned down, it was a mess. Instead we have a Ryan as a failure (he is a RINO), and now the Obama Care nightmare is owned by the democrats and a few worthless RINO's. Trump is clear of it, Trump can now wait for the failure and come in a with a real fix.
