This is a Pink but it's essentially a OTCQB, all they need to is update their profile at OTC Markets and pay the fees, all their SEC filing are up to date. It's well worth the $10K annual fee to get their QB certification, just to get off the Pink sheets, especially considering the quality and cost of this merger.
