It is a conspiracy. I believe it was Lew asked on 2014 about a plan of the market goes bad. Over 100 billion sitting in an account just in case. I have asked numerous times on here if that money isn't the NWS where did it come from. That is a lot of money for Treasury to have gotten it any where else. How much is in there today.
