On the other hand, what if Trump uses the GSEs for his personal white elephant just as Obama did and takes the money to fund his wall? That would suck HUGELY!

Good point. Hope we are 1,000% correct. Seems clear as day. 10 billion is dangling in this administrations face like a piece of cheese though.. it's free money after all.
