Shareholders do not get anything from revo or any part of proceeds revo may or may not be receiving. The only thing revo shareholders get is the value of their stock.

If EyeTalk is winning these infringement cases, then there should be funds rolling in as a by-product. Where is the money?! To be sure, REVO folks are getting their cut. The only ones who are left out in the cold are the poor shareholders.

Does anyone here know what the 60:40 EYETALK/REVO agreement means in LEGAL TERMS for REVO shareholders?

Does EYETALK or REVO have any LEGAL OBLIGATIONS to inform or pay shareholders, after winning lawsuits and collecting big $$$?

Or, are they completely off the hook?

Is it possible to ask the SEC about this and get an answer from them?

Has anyone who knows Ron Carter asked him about this?
