Why do one care where the money is coming from? If Tony can pay them, then great. I've worked for start-up companies before, and they have ways to pay us to do the work...I don't question where the money is coming from...as long as my bank account is getting fuller.

Who cares about the late filings...there are talks that it will be taken care of...move on.
