So has ARTH actually stated a CE application date? Seems like all I've heard is hopefully by this qtr... or next qtr... or in the works, etc. What's hold up? 2.5 months is extremely short period. I can handle the share price swing after ARTH CE approval!!!! Oh, yeah!
