Well I happened to pick up a position by luck over at DOL$ in the 0.002s! Lots of hype but filings came out that a Billionaire Chinese person took over the shell and just brought it current as the CEO. That billionaire is way richer than Falak and has over 15 companies that are private and he is wanting to merge one of them I think or he would not have brought the company current. A merger specialist is there as well. Their last merger went from 10 cents to $15.00 on SOUG.
People are saying its a Chinese scam but I am hopeful that they merge his electric car company into the shell for a SPEA style run which would push it to $5.00+ overnight to compete with TSLA here in the states! I will take my chances. Like PSPW I hope to see a simple 8k filed and BOOM! Lots of hype and people but the DD looks solid and of course Choi Funds is there are old buddy who hyped this play.
I dont know what to think of PSPW except that its not dead! I will hold out a little longer! GLTA!
