If [e-mail] is disseminating information to one investor, then why would DaDaveyFelon worry that his statements nott be public - IF they were truthful?

The FACT is that he's been lying to individuals (as well as the public) CONtinually and repeatedly about NTEK. Just axe 'Don the Marketing Guru' and the mouthpiece for that LIE. Or axe the mouthpiece about the 'HDR Paramount lieberry' that was launched in August ... September ... October ... Neveruary - that he leaked from a DaFoleyFelon 13141-111 email.

He doesn't want these emails to be public BECAUSE they are lies and provide yett more legal evidence against him for securities fraud, wire fraud, and many other criminal acts related to NTEK and NTGL.

It is also a violation of Regulation FD and insider tipping, BTW. Oh, and also stock manipulation by disseminating false information to investors with the intent that they rely upon it for investing decisions; a/k/a securities fraud, as DaFoleyFelon CONtinues to CONvert and dump illegally backdated and falsified 'aged debt' for ROYAL FOLEY CAPITAL, HIMSELF, HIS WIFE, AND HIS MINIONS.

You are right! The Foley does do this. When replies to Meow's questions from David Foley about the NP-1 and other things. Meow was told Meow was not allowed to share the answers in public. But Meow did not first agree to any confidentiality agreement before receiving such emails. Yet according to DaFoley, Meow was not allowed to share is lies about the 50,000 NP-1s already in the retail channel. Along with the 10 new films added every week to UltraFilx etc. even when they where not. But the Foley insisted they where. Not even the most ardent NTEK cheer leader went along with the lie of 10 news films a week, as it was not happening at that time years ago. But Meow did not want to get into a "No they are not, Yes they are, No they are not, Yes they are" Argument with the Foley. As that is where all the conversations where going to end up doing.

The guy is desperate to gin up more buyers. NTEK is all about spinning a penny scam story and pumping shareholders full of misleading statements and falsehoods so they average down to zero on the foley family's freshly printed shares.
