I think your probably right. I think we will hear something within a couple weeks. Till then we just have to sit tight and let the naysayers nay..... :) $THCT will have its day!
Or in the two years of research and saving money to get this started, "the mergers will happened" is something that has been in the works. Maybe check points were stipulated for a merger to happen, and he is close to finishing? So once checkpoints met, mergers will happen. ..
