$8m in assets. They will continue operations during restructuring plus they may have gotten $2m loan to continue to operate.

What will the keystone pipeline mean to them. Obviously they were/are big players here. NY stock exchange listed

Maybe Biourja is using the shell to go public?? They bought the assets for $8.5 million and the company continues to operate. It's not like they locked the doors here. You never know...
