I agree that there is finally revenue finally delivered on the fins and will only get better of course , and the lack of dilution is very impressive as well . Both factors are good enough of a reason to have this in .005+ and still believe that we should be in .025+ with what is going to be promised.....
But those lack of OS filings is killing this and the CEO should know better than this to just keep saying and saying that it is going to happen soon, if they are delayed for a good reason then so be it, but he should of at least acknowledged this through a tweet or blog at some time in early 2017 , instead of us finding out the fins that they are moving to CO and the filings still "coming very soon" .
It's a work in progress for sure and I know start ups in the OTC take some time , but he gotta stop saying the same thing over and over and over , and just get it done or explain what the delay is caused by
