I don't know why Falso and Zoyes are dragging their feet. It may just be that FINRA has requested some documents or has some questions for them that they might have problems answering. It's not helping that they haven't submitted disclosures to OTC markets in years. Then there's the RS still on the table too, it's all a total mess. Best of luck here, they've got to make a move.
