Americano, good west coast morning to you. Aside from the potential problem with Alvarado being forced out, I am still troubled by the cost to FMNJ to borrow that $320 million (assuming that Petty isn't going to finance a huge chunk of the deal). And the Shaw Group seems to be doing their GTL deal without mention of FMNJ. Do you think that there is possibly a finders fee in the works for helping the deal get done?
