They should be in your account. I checked with eTrade a few months ago and all my Shares are still in my account. Excelsior has said the same thing.. ironically the liability of 150 million outstanding shares for hipcricket shareholders actually provides us with many voices and say as to what the payout should be. Ivan Braiker owns 20% of the company is a huge voice.
