I think retiring $1-2mil of float somewhere down here would be just as if not more effective at raising PPS. Folks don't like r/s regardless the situation. & with these institutional guys with over $15million it's not far fetched for them to retire extra along with ENDV's dilutive effects. Could get real crazy here soon
