I think there is value in spinning off their customer base/lists into that new entity which has a nice potential niche that could rapidly generate revenues...
I am speculating this will leave the HAON entity with room from new acquisitions.
With a nice controlled structure, there is room for significant upside and pleasant surprises. IMO
