Ok everyone here is where we are. Gewitter is correct the app will be out in the next 24hrs. However I just had a lengthy discussion with Brad via texting. The app is being released as a "Beta" due to some known bugs they are trying to get worked out. He has decided to release the Beta to us for 2 reasons.
#1 Credibility, he want to silence those who are screaming there is no product.
#2 He doesn't want to release a buggy product to the market and make a poor presentation to the general public.

Brad is asking that anyone interested in helping in the Beta, email him and they will be sending out invites.

Well even the basic layman would be able to see that the message is fraught with uncertainties, deception, and confliction.
Not bad for such a short message.
I had dumped as much of the stock as I possible could have before the RS. The pitiful amount that was left cost more in fees than the actual value to the stock.
I now sit with a meager 100 shares that are not worth one sheet of wiping paper.
If nothing else you can see that they have no concept of announcing and adhering to the most basic of time lines, nor do they know how to act like a proper business.
This is starting to act like the YES Entertainment Network scam of the 90's.

Re:

From the CEO:

"We hope to have Swanlock out within 24 hours from now for open beta testing to everyone.

Best,
Brad"

What a pity, he did not use the words "We will have Swanlock out in 24 hours..."

Or just think of the strategic genius of waiting 24 hours, and only then write,
"Swanlock is released as of today..."

Something is really missing IMHO.
Everyone knows "hope" doesn't one anywhere in the stock market. Who is the audience for these comments, if not shareholders? Because he owes nothing to potential app users who have never tried the product or invested in the company. Shareholders, on the other hand, deserve more than such amateurism.
