fnrc has indeed done this before: so-called "news" turned out in the end to be no more than teaser fluff pr's. This board has been duly warned about fnrc. From utica debacle to 10Q revealing toxicity- it's easy enough to determine. They can't even afford to get current with filings, ffs? This is one dangerously dead play to believe in.
