With a PE of 1-2 its all about transparency, and let the shareholder know what's going on, and what's going to happen in the future. If that's not working it's buyback time or time for a quarterly dividend..

When a company has this low credibility it's also very important that they files their reports in time, more important than they have thought before.

And which investment bank puts more than 3 min for DD in this company, they look at the value of the company, eps numbers, dilution, and how it performed the recent year and move on. It's not really any big money for them to earn anyway..
That's why siaf need to step it up with all these things like being more transparent.

It's actually a big difference if the company and the market knows it's actually going forward with EPS or if it just happen once in a while with higher EPS in the annual report and the stock is still going down during the year, then most of the people don't dare to invest and think that it should be like this because it's Chinese anyway..
