I don't know how long you,ve been a shareholder. but I can tell you some of us have been through THIS before. I still believe in this co. but.....My God, this is getting old!

It hasn't been too many years ago, we went through a 1=113 r/s. Have you any idea what this has meant to some? A 1=113 coupled with a 1-130, all within a couple years. Can you understand the frustrations?

I know some would invoke the "caveat emptor" slogan and rightly so but, having gone through this crap before and then having been led from the company that the R/S mentioned would be in the range of |between 40 -60 to 1 and then they doubled such! That pisses me off!

Bottom line is....I'm very disappointed that all of this hasn;t been executed as well as it should have.

I wish I had your confidence. I share your fear of the sell off. I still feel that 1-60 would have been a better split.
