The five days for the 10-q being late is calendar days, not business days. It is two days past the extension now!

If you read the document - it is 5 calendar days - meaning the 10-Q was on 03/22/2017.

"or the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q, or subject distribution report on Form 10-D, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date"

I thought the due date was 03/17/2015 - 45 days after the end of the Quarter.
