BigJD, I'll just list the many reasons you're bashing is gonna get ya nowhere here:
Currently doing multi-years worth of audits to file a form 10 (released any day expected before or right after the Q end). This is being done by a guy named Erwin; runs XBRL associates. It has been stated in previous PR we already have SEC reporting codes
Feel free to do some DD on that. You can even cross reference that with Caduceus whom is our JV partner that will be producing revenue soon this year.
After form 10 is filed another huge acquisition is rumored to be released. Potentially a game changer that allows us to sign a massive contract (hence the reason for spending so much money on previous years worth of audits). You don't spend that kind of money on more than just a hunch
Shareholder Conference calls are in the plans for '17 as CEO and others are compensated in shares. Would not make sense for them to not value SP as they are not taking a Salary...this tells me in the next few years they expect their SP to soar and fair outweigh the benefits a salary. Cash is temporary, a business that can turn to a cash cow in a sector like this is limitless.
We've added almost a billion shares to the O/S in the past few months....weird. Like they're expecting a massive amount of buys in the coming months.
So go ahead and jump ship if you'd like. I'm sure nobody would mind. I'd advise not to because we're just getting started here. There's nothing murky about this company. You just need to practice the word far too overused on the OTC = patience.
You and I are at the mercy of the company timeframe and the MM games. So grab a drink, kick your feet up, and enjoy the movie bud. This will be a life changing stock for some. You can believe that
