I looK at there being 3 possibilities with this low dollar raise.


1) They think they have enough money to get to some major partnership

2) They think the price will be much higher and be able to raise money at a better price

3) This was the most they thought they could raise at this price

Could be a combo of those 3. Stock held up better than I thought as I was looking for .75.
