I'm starting to think that the most simplest answer is the correct one. We've all (including myself) thought about deep or conspiratory reasons why the stock keeps going down.
If I want to buy a stock, I research and watch it. I also want to buy it as cheap as possible of course. So, if I were new to this stock and researched it's history, recent volume, and the potential risks/rewards going forward with an anti-business, pro-environmental liberal administration, as per Minneslowta, I probably wouldn't gamble my money either -- until something positive happens, alleviating the potential risks.
