Yeah that's it.....oh except for the part that all of the shares sold by Apollo since RS adds up to less than $30K. If it was a scam, wouldn't they want to make more from selling about 6 million shares?? Yeah tons of dilution over last year but not a high dollar amount when compared to the number of shares. Far from a scam.....just bad financing.
