if there were ~1M abusive naked shorts in 2009 and ~100M now, this issue would be on the threshold list every single day...

ironic that threshold stories are touted here---since triggering threshold is based on the very same fails-to-deliver data that somehow has magically missed ~100M fails here...

note to yourself: the previous triggering of reg sho threshold here was due to restricted shares being sold ahead of paperwork--and proven so but as usual revisionist history prevails...

note 2 to yourself: no matter how many times the ludicrous portrayal of ARCA and "dark pools" is foisted here---ARCA is a SEC registered ATS and thus reports it's trade data to the ATS trade data portal--nothing "dark" about that or it's very visible public quotes...

It does matter when the supposed short can't be proven that they exist.
History shows than anyone who has followed these failed *patterns* that you provide have lost nearly 100% of their investment over the years in many stocks before PTOI.
Why would this Scam be any different?

the crooks have taken PTOI too low on a gamble that they could force actual P2O investors to *capitulate*

it was an EPIC Fail on their part .. but totally understandable .. since their *patterns* reveal an ability
to almost always control the outcome of any *targeted* stock/company (like PTOI/P2O)
