It is Seawave making the claim that Kallo is a "partner", in this instance, not the other way around. So far.

Kalo is dormant, period. No communication, no employees, nada. Now maybe this tidbit of new found partnership offers hope that Kallo can make something of this shell. Maybe run 3 or 4 ticks.

But all past partnerships, "contracts", etc are logically done and failed.

Hope Kassett can pull a rabbit out of the hat!!
