TXHD owns 49% of Aspire, not sure what the question is there. If Aspire makes 10 million dollars profit, then 4.9 million dollars is TXHD's. That aside TXHD has contracts of their own and deals on the table, most likely worth more than the 49% of Aspire that they own.
