Dennis has for all intents and purposes destroyed any value this shell will ever have unless someone is willing to spend the money to get it current and then another sizable amount to clear up the issue with DTCC

then there is the stink that is still on it and the Finra issue. You see EFIR was denied their last reverse split request due to Dennis' shenanigans
