Tekterra.....when I say priced higher I still am using forward looking PE as well as speculative value which is always built into these small caps. There is none!
the mere fact we are going to be cash positive or at least break even this year on the two generics we do have. then the speculative value on the NDA, which while its not partnered yet, shows all indication it will get tentative approval in 6 short months from now and then speculative value again on Podras.
NONE of that is being currently built in to the current price in my opinion. Yes we do not have a partner yet, but that isnt speculative value then thats actual value once a deal is made. I am talking about the fact we have THE ONLY drug that has met BE for OXY. because of the data submitted they are able to skip a phase 3 up to this point as per the FDA. at this point there is no negative news to suggest otherwise.
I could see this being shorted down if the FDA advisory panel says you need to do a phase 3 but we do not have any negative news. I just think the manipulation that has been going on unjustly hurts the actual true value of the company.
ironically people like Amigo say, you build in value as test data comes in. I say where was the price spike when the company annouced there was NO food effect? and they met BE ? there was none!
