Here is my experience so far with CBD, sorry for the long post.
I've been taking etst cbd oil strawberry for almost 3 weeks. Not really excited about the taste (don't think I'll get strawberry again). I haven't compared etst to other brands but I have noticed some benefits from what I have taken.
I've always been a light sleeper and typically I am awake most of the night. I've also had chronic sinus pressure headaches and sinus swelling preventing me to breathe from both nostrils for most of my life. About 15 years ago I had sinus surgery and the week after that, when I had to pull the cotton plugs out, was the only time I remember being able to breathe from both nostrils (that lasted for about 5 minutes). I've tried just about everything but always little or no improvements.
First night after taking cbd, our dog started barking in the middle of the night and woke my wife up and she got out of bed to see what was going on. I didn't know any of that happened till I woke up in the morning and she told me. I was shocked. Around noon the following day I started to notice an odor in my office at work. Caught me off guard because I then noticed I was breathing out of both nostrils! Only thing I didn't like was that I could still taste the oil like 12 hours later. But I've gotten used to the weird taste, take it before bed and continue having much better sleep and improved sinuses!
I still have my typical congestion and blow my nose frequently throughout the day but I'm able to use both nostrils...
Going to try the unflavored oil next.
