I'm not exactly sure how they compare to iSperse. However, when I Google'd "iSperse versus other dry powders", several articles came up and they did mention iSperse was a better dry powder than from previous years. But yeah, I can't find any real details like charts and stuff that would compare iSperse to other dry powders. If I had to make an assumption, I would say iSperse is better than the current ones out there due to how their dry powder is made. I could be wrong, but I hope this helps. Just check out the articles from the Google search and I guess you can make a decision based on them.
