Cartman you'll love this one. The Q-10 was filed 11/14/16. CCTC is incorporated in Nevada and on 11/15/16 CCTC amended the AS to 500M shares. I posted this info before. You can find the info on a Nevada.gov site. I would post a link, but I don't know how. nvsos,gov/sosentitysearch/corpaction.aspx This will get you started, I just tried it and I had to click around, but I found the info.
