The "Supreme Court decision" entailed basically a rejection to hear JNJ's appeal.

Not one SCJ ever heard or contemplated an argument from JNJ.

Are you aware of this?

It simply held up the lower Courts decision,so it's disingenuous to "Tag" the decision with a SCOTUS "weighting".

Look,Spin is a Marketing tactic.

The Court's ruling is not what's being Marketed by DECN,it's Diabetic Test Strips.

Let's discuss how DECN is doing in that department!!!!
