Actually last time was a LEEK which allowed Apollo to keep selling with no opportunity for BETS to retire notes. This is a LOCK up which keeps Apollo from selling 93% of their notes as long as BETS pays at end of 30 days. In other words, IF we can pay to retire the notes, a LOCK is a much much much better deal as it stops the dilution and allows a chance for a company to get out of the toxic hole they have created.

By the way, I believe Apollo may have sold the initial 7% allowance as stated in the LOCK agreement. If not, very little let for today and tomorrow. As soon as they are finished, I would expect to hear updates etc to move price back up. In other words, not going to be many sub .004 shares available IMO.
