Someone posted part of it today so I thought I would post it in its entirety in case some haven't seen it. Thank you for noticing that its an old document and GEQU's customer Duo World gets filings done, and they do what they have to do to get the IPO to market. Let us know if we missed any filing though and post a link please. Another nice thing about the Date Sept. 27th 2016 on the filing is we shouldn't have to much longer to get that IPO going and if it doesn't there is plenty more catalysts pushing this north soon.
