Even after filing a stack of fraud charges against the entire organized crime enterprise, the impotent lame-ass SEC has allowed all four of Barton’s scams to keep right on scammin’.
The SEC said
So, if a stock hasn't conducted ANY legitimate business EVER, and it’s owner and two CEOs have agreed to settle fraud charges and are banned from running the company, WTF would it be allowed to remain active?
That’s what happens when the SEC lets scumbag fraudsters settle their charges without admitting guilt!
