The toxic note holders short against their position and then are awarded shares as the price goes down. They sell those shares driving the price down, recouping their money and still holding the short position along with monies owed by the co. Its like a casino the house always wins and the gamblers lose. Down 98% since last reverse and down 99.5% since 1st reverse. Also mgt doesn't care as they have the capital to draw crazy salaries and travel all over the world pitching their outdated technology. We'l never see .20 again and will see under .05 by end of next week.
